Enquiry Management

Enquiries can be logged and assigned to individual trees and be classified according to user-defined priority.

The 'Street Search' facility enables users to quickly locate any tree. The 'Information' panel then allows users to pull up details of that tree (eg, inspection history, planned works, other enquiries etc) so that enquiries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

TreeWise monitors the progress of Works Orders, Enquiries and the Inspection Programme and provides a 'Traffic Light' style of notification when inspections or enquiries are overdue or active works contracts are getting close to their planned completion date etc.
